We are currently hiring an Administrative Recruiting Coordinator. Our office is located Sanford, FL. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. Description
The Administrative Recruiting Coordinator will assist our Operations team with a variety of general duties primarily focused on the recruiting process and the successful onboarding of new hires. In addition to screening resumes and conducting phone screens, this position will also perform other administrative tasks as needed. The successful candidate will have an outgoing professional personality, attention to detail, and great organization skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to three or more hiring managers in various regions out of the Orlando office.
- Assist in the management of job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and outside websites, ensuring priority vacancies are posted, accurate, and applicants are responded to quickly.
- Review candidate qualifications against job posting, identifying those that appear to meet the qualifications, and updating the ATS to reflect the status.
- After training, utilize online recruitment websites (for example: CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, etc.) to search for qualified Technicians and Electricians, send letters of interest through the websites, and track success.
- Conduct phone screens to further determine the candidate’s qualifications and interest, following a screening template.
- Take legible notes and appropriate system updates as communication tool with the hiring managers.
- Assist in the interview process where needed to cover additional benefit and company information.
- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
- Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned
Qualifications/Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of administrative/clerical experience preferred.
- Experience recruiting or assisting a recruiter preferred.
- Highly organized to track and maintain records related to the recruitment process.
- Outgoing personality to conduct screens and meet potential employees in person and on the phone.
