The Opportunity

Consor is seeking a reliable, organized, proactive Administrative Coordinator/ Contract Administrative Assistant to manage daily clerical tasks at our Chapel Hill, office. This positon will support our Legal and Operational Excellence and Risk team. As the initial point of contact, you will ensure our team members and clients receive an iconic customer service experience. This role will wear many hats, including; handling incoming phone calls, answering inquiries from vendors and staff, supply ordering and stocking, correspondence and report preparation, assisting the HR, Accounting, and field operations teams, and other duties as assigned. Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible, and excellent client-facing communication skills.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Welcomes and assists in-person visitors
  • Answers, screens, and forwards incoming phone calls pleasantly and professionally
  • Manages incoming and outgoing mail and communications
  • Assists and coordinates office events and meetings, including meeting agenda, notes, and catering
  • Assist in the preparation and revision of digital files, forms, and presentations
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees (equipment, digital files, and data entry)
  • Maintains electronic and paper files, records, and reports
  • Maintains office supplies and equipment inventory by checking stock and anticipating needed supplies
  • Scanning, uploading, filing, and reconciling various documents
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information
Required Credentials
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years in an administrative role
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must maintain a positive, outgoing, and upbeat personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and initiative to identify needs and see them through to completion
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity daily
Additional Preferred Qualifications
  • Notary is preferred or will be required to obtain
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience
