This vacancy is announced to fill an Administrative Coordinator 3 vacancy in the Records Section of the Patient's Compensation Fund. This job is in the career progression group capping at Administrative Coordinator 4.
Incumbent of this job provides digital image quality control in support of the Claims section at the Patient's Compensation Fund. The PCF receives 31,000 pieces of mail each year resulting in 104,700 documents containing 192,000 pages which are imaged and checked for quality control. Exercising independent judgment is required to analyze digital images utilizing specialized internal PCF software. Timely and accurate detail is critical for statutory compliance. Duties increase in scope and complexity. The Patient's Compensation Fund receives more than five thousand checks and wires totaling over $151,100,000 annually which are processed in a critical mandated timeline for procedural compliance. Constant analysis of digital images ensures that daily deposit checks are imaged with accurate representation and indexed correctly to ensure that there are no audit findings. Incumbent communicates directly with Claims Contract personnel to assign checks in the Laserfiche software imaging system.
This position is in the downtown Capital Park area. Covered parking is provided.
