ProSoft, a leading reseller of Autodesk CAD products, has an immediate opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant/Customer Success Specialist.
Responsibilities include:
- Play a crucial role in the success of our executive team with a variety of responsibilities.
- Partner with Sales by interacting directly with customers via phone , email, and virtual meetings , he/she will help customers with purchase history, promote overall customer satisfaction, product ad option, retention, and renewals.
- Work directly with customers to complete their purchases of products including quoting, online transactions and working with our sales department to process customer orders.
- Help ensure customer retention in the following ways:
- Use people and technology resources appropriately to correctly assess risk of retention for renewal opportunities
- Use Salesforce.com to document all customer opportunities and customer activity using embedded probability definitions
- Categorize opportunities accordingly to accurately forecast against plans and targets weekly
- Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, renewal dates and growth opportunities and translate into strategies for retention
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and prompt manner
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- Ability to forge strong customer relationships and insights over the phone
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
- Strong phone skills required
- Strong verbal and written skills required
- Experience in the software or SaaS sales or renewals environment
- Successful candidates will possess the following:

Technical Skills Required:
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM Software ; Salesforce preferred
Preferred Skills / Experience:
- Background needs to be in customer facing roles including renewals sales, customer success, account management, or project management
- Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with field organizations
- Highly proficient computer skills including Salesforce , email, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Quickbooks is a plus.
- Highly skilled at multi-tasking with the ability to quickly adapt and learn
