JP Hart Lumber, a Division of USLBM Is Seeking an Administrative Assistant/ Billing Specialist for Our San Antonio, TX Location.

Pay rate: $18.00

How you will spend your day as an Administrative Assistant :

  • Process daily invoices.
  • Request payment for invoices electronically or mail invoices as required by the customer.
  • Effectively interact and communicate with team members and customers to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Research & resolve customer purchase order discrepancies.
  • Work with Accounts Receivable to resolve customer short-pays and other issues.
  • Maintain detailed contact information and note discrepancies to ensure that we have documentation in the event further action is needed.
  • Download and scan purchase orders from customer websites as required.
  • Maintain accurate files.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Work closely with management to identify needs and provide feedback.
  • Process invoices in timely manner.
  • Develop good working relationships with customer personnel.
  • Develop good working relationships with managers, accounting personnel and salespersons.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Assist with answering phones.
