DPR Construction is looking for a detail oriented Administrative Assistant to assist our supply and equipment division, OES Equipment, in the East Coast area. We are seeking a highly organized and dependable team player to assist our team in managing multiple projects, reaching critical deadlines, providing excellent customer service, and producing quality work for our internal and external customers and suppliers.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external partners
- Coordinate setting up new suppliers with Contract Manager and updating Coupa and RentalMan
- Work with OES requestors to set up new vendors through the SIM process.
- Assisting vendors with Coupa onboarding process and updating their information directly in the portal
- Updating vendor information, i.e. billing address, contact information, payment method, etc. in Coupa as needed
- Assisting A/P with vendor payment settings
- Coordinate with vendors on any missing or expired insurance documents
Required Skills:
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Strong organization skills and file maintenance
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in both a team environment and independently
- Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment
- Coupa software experience
- Construction supply and equipment industry knowledge a plus
- Experience with RentalMan (Wynne Software) preferred
