Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant Customer Service person to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in a fast paced service business in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Help maintain and improve day to day operations and processes and coordinate office staff to be most efficient
- Answer inbound telephone calls and perform customer service duties
- Manage outside contractors to update, streamline and improve data, accounting, field management and operating systems.
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform and improve all general office functions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration & customer service or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of Quickbooks & Microsoft Office
