Administrative Assistant – Carpet Cleaning Division
- This is a full-time in-person position. Training will be in-office at the current Rocklin location, M-F. Position will move to new West Sacramento location by May 2024
- Pay starts at $18 per hour
- Monday through Friday schedule with "banker's hours." No swing shift or graveyard shift

The S&G Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with a variety of administrative work, including scheduling appointments, interacting with customers, supporting the division manager and Carpet Cleaning Technicians, etc.
The Administrative Assistant will train at the Rocklin Corporate offices, Monday through Friday. The position will continue in Rocklin until May of 2024, when it will re-locate to the corporate office in West Sacramento.
This is a full-time position which will start between 8am and 9am and end between 5pm and 6pm.
The Administrative Assistant must:
- Be self-motivated and adept at problem solving
- Clearly communicate
- Engage in professional behavior with Company staff, customers, and vendors
- Work cohesively with peers and members of the corporate team
Position Description:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Effectively communicate with customers
- Must be professional and friendly while quoting and answering customer questions
- Ability to effectively schedule Carpet Cleaning orders for our Carpet Cleaning technicians while operating several computer systems
- Other administrative duties as needed
Position Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to answer a high volume of phone calls and ability to be in front of a computer for extended periods of time
- Must have great organizational skills
- At least 2-years of Administrative and Customer Service experience
- The Administrative Assistant will work at a computer display terminal for 6-8 hours a day.
- The Administrative Assistant will train at the Rocklin Corporate office, Monday through Friday, during their agreed upon working hours.
- After training, the Administrative Assistant will continue to work at the Rocklin Corporate office until May of 2024.
- In May of 2024, the position will relocate to Corporate offices in West Sacramento.
