LorchGreene is a Forensic Accounting Firm specializing in helping attorneys address the complex issues involved in Business Evaluation and Family Law Litigation.
Here's What You'll Do
Billing
- Generate & circulate all pre-bills and invoices from Office Tools for Partners
- Set up all new clients for LorchGreene into Office Tools
- Set up all new non-client contacts into OfficeTools
- Maintain accurate data for all contacts within OfficeTools
- Maintain accurate information for administrative records as necessary (i.e., staff passwords for OfficeTools, a master spreadsheet of user rights for OfficeTools, New User Setup)
- Collaborate with Partners and Controller to provide any reports or metrics as needed
Receivables/Collections
- Record payments received in the office, dispense daily collections log to partners
- Responsible for the collection of billed amounts from clients
- Including follow-up as needed, and working with external resources to receive final payments
Administration
- Work effectively with staff and clients in all aspects of case administration: correspondence, updates, retainer accounting, retainer replenishment, workflow of cases, and all other various responsibilities as requested by the Partners.
- Ability to adapt to evolving work environments and changing priorities.
- Flexibility in handling diverse tasks to meet the dynamic needs of the organization.
- Courteous and professional interaction with clients, partners, and visitors.
- Dedication to providing exceptional service and support.
- Follow up on deadlines and outstanding requests for all cases
- Prepare, send out, and follow up on new client Intake Sheets and Agreements for all cases
- Assist on various tasks as needed to maximize Partner, Case, and/or Firm productivity
- Screen all incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when possible
- Facilitate communication with partners, administration, and all levels of employees, etc.
- Compose routine correspondence and basic declaration drafts as needed
Facilities and Events
- Oversee, plan, and coordinate activities of all custodial maintenance at LorchGreene
- Maintain all onsite nontechnology equipment, and aesthetics of the office to the standards set forth by LorchGreene
- Responsible for planning, budgeting, and executing events set forth by LorchGreene
- Responsible for all holiday or anniversary-related communications to clients
Here's What You'll Bring to The Table
- A minimum of 5-7 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to consistently work normal office hours 8:30 am-5:30 pm on-site
- Relevant financial/law office experience is highly desirable, though not required
- Strong PC platform skills (proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Laserfiche, Amicus, and Office Tools)
- Ability to perform all billing processes for redundancy
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Very strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize projects
- A high degree of proactivity and initiative
- Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations
