Administrative Assistant

Blue Line is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Plan and schedule appointments and events
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports 
• Update policies and producers. 
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Perform other office tasks
• book travel arrangements 
• Maintain information on company website 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving is required 
• ​Strong organizational skills required 
• Knowledge or office equipment and management systems 
• Proficiency in MS office ( Excel, Word , Power point)
• Knowledge in Google, Gmail, Calendar 
• Knowledge in CRM - Hubspot and Keap
