As an administrative assistant to the CEO, you will :
- Be the first point of contact for employees and customers trying to reach the CEO
- Manage administrative tasks as assigned by the CEO
- Manage financial tasks such as payroll and paying invoices
- Onboard new employees
- Organize company events.
Candidates should :
- Have previous experience as an administrative assistant.
- Strong communication skills, you should be able to draft job descriptions with ease.
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills including excel
This is a remote position.
Employee will be eligible for annual raises and bonuses.
