```Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to join our team. The Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

- Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars

- Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining databases

- Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

- Manage office supplies and inventory

- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Sage software

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations

Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred

- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Knowledge of phone systems and customer service best practices

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
