Acupuncturist

Acupuncture for Athletics is looking for a part time Acupuncturist to join our team. We specialize in sports medicine, injuries, stress relief and more. We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, excellent in communication skills, massage or bodywork background, and at least one year of experience as an acupuncturist. We offer training and will help you build a practice if needed. Must be available to work at least two evenings and a Saturday and/or Sunday is preferred. Competitive pay, 401k and bonuses. Qualifications:

Master of Science degree in Acupuncture, Oriental medicine, or Traditional Chinese Medicine

Valid California Acupuncture License

Strong verbal, written communication skills and thorough medical reporting

Ability to work well as part of a team as well as autonomously

Ability to establish rapport with patients, families, professionals, and co-workers

An attitude of excellence in providing quality patient care

Have a background in massage therapy and willing to learn new techniques 

Job Description and Responsibilities:

Evaluation and treatment of individual patients

Treat sports injuries and pain effectively

Combine patient education and hands on care in comprehensive 60-minute visits

Answer phone, texts and email and book appointments
