- What will you do as an Activity Aide
- Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, and implementing of the activity program under the supervision of the Activity Director.
- Assist in the creation of a weekly activity calendar for residents of different functioning levels.
- Escort residents with field trips whenever necessary.
- As required, you keep accurate records for each resident you work with and report any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing department immediately.
- What you need as an Activity Aide
- Previous experience in a geriatric role preferred
