ACT Team
Job Summary:
The ACT Team Lead establishes, administers, and directs the program of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), a self- contained clinical team which assumes responsibility for directly providing needed treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to identified Participants with severe and persistent mental illnesses. Expected areas of focus include but are not limited to 1) program management, 2) staff supervision and oversight, 3) provision of direct services and participation in a multidisciplinary team approach, 4) cultural competency and diversity, 5) documentation, 6) productivity and efficiency, 7) staff development and skill enhancement activities, 8) other duties and special projects as assigned and developed.
