JOB DESCRIPTION

Accounts Payable

• Check and match invoices with purchase orders and packing lists.
• Resolves billing discrepancies.
• Correspond with suppliers and internal departments.
• Document charges on credit card statements
• Matching and filing of accounts payable.

Accounts Receivable

• Resolving account past due issues, billing disputes, misapplied payments, and other requests as needed to insure accurate and timely payment of invoices.
• Applying knowledge and understanding of individual customer accounts to efficiently and effectively handle account balance inquiries.
• Serve as backup for processing payments and deposits.

Other Key Responsibilities

• Process online purchases for company employees.
• Maintain office and breakroom supplies.
• Process return authorizations and credit memos for customers.
• Answer phones.
• Work and contribute in a team setting to accomplish overall department and individual goals.
• Other duties and projects, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

• Accounts Payable and Receivable experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel required
• Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
• Multi-tasker
• Detail Oriented
• Positive Attitude

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time position working Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
