What We Want:

We require a professional Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Accountant.

We are looking for a person that can work dynamically with other members of our team, our vendor partners and our clients.  As such, this position utilizes excellent communication skills, detail oriented be able to multi-task, quick learner in a fast paced organization.

Reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Services, this position works with vendor partners, customers and internal departments at LANAIR.

Job functions include but not limited to:

·         Processing accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper classifications, and other AP functions as required.

·         Commission Analysis for Sales Reps.

·         Posting invoices and various transactions using Quick Books.

·         Create invoices and send to clients.

·         Contacting clients regarding past due accounts.

·         Answer vendor and client calls.

·         Filing, both electronic and physical.

·         Review and enter expense reports.

·         Review and reconcile credit card charges.

·         Create purchase orders in Quick Books.

·         Work closely with Purchasing department as well as other internal departments.

·         Strong customer service skills.

·         Interact with LANAIR staff on various items.

Requirements and Qualifications:

·         Minimum 2 year experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

·         General knowledge of accounting procedures.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·         Experience with Quick Books.

·         Excellent computer skills (Excel/Word/Outlook).

·         Must have excellent follow-up and research skills.

·         Must be detail oriented and able to work both independently and in teams.

·         Must be responsible, and have professional presentation and conduct.

·         Highly organized.

·         Able to meet deadlines.

·         Able to think logically and analytically.
