reStart Inc is looking for an Accounting Specialist II for our Finance team.  You will be responsible for accounts payables and receivables for our Veterans program.  You will also manage contract compliance and quality assurance for the departments accounting documentation.  Prior experience in non-profit compliance is preferred.

Other duties include:            

• Prepare billings for federal and non-federal grants
• Reconciliation of monthly costs for program
• Acts as a liaison between program manager and finance
• Ensure compliance with grant draws

What do you need to work here? 

You need to be positive and passionate about finance/accounting and working with the team to help the agency with our mission.  You will need to be curious and hungry to keep learning and improving.  Bachelor’s degree or appropriate experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting required.  You will need to have a great problem solving skills.  

When would you work?

Monday-Friday, business hours.
