• Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
• Worksite Location: Onsite in Wyoming, MN
• Salary range: $50,000-$65,000

What you will do as a Corporate Accounting Specialist:

• Process accounts payable - ensuring branch purchases have been authorized, approved, entered, posted and paid in a timely manner
• Complete monthly business processes on time and ensure support of producing monthly financial statements
• Oversee bank, accounts receivable, and inventory reconciliation for various branches
• Ensure compliance so that the branches are operating per established company guidelines/policies and procedures

What you will bring to the role as a Corporate Accounting Specialist:

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Intermediate or higher Excel skills
• Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills,
