Accounting Manager For Manufacturing Company

Responsible for maintaining/managing all accounting functions using GAAP for division of middle market manufacturing company, including A/P, A/R, payroll, timekeeping, job costing, journal entries and month-end reporting.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES

• Perform/manage all accounting functions.
• Prepare/evaluate financial reports.
• Assist in auditing and taxation processes.
• Execute internal controls, processes & procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc…).

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Driven leader with excellent team working abilities.
• Able to stay organized and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong balance of analytical and communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel .
• Experience in ERP system/process flow monitoring (a plus if it is Global Shop Solutions).

EDUCATIONAL/PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree expected, CPA preferred.
• Minimum 40-45 hours per week expected.
• On-site position (not a hybrid or remote work position).
