We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager in a growing organization.
On one hand, the candidate will play an instrumental role in the US Accounting division by improving policies and procedures, managing day-to-day accounting activities/team and participating actively in our new ERP implementation.
On the other hand, the candidate will have a real impact on US BPO division by being a business partner to our US BPO General Manager and assisting with profitability analysis, Budget and Forecast.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Report into the Global Controller and have a major part in growing the business
- Lead and manage the Accounting team in the US and India (Accounting, Account Payables, Billing, Collections, General Ledger and Payroll)
- Responsible for US monthly financial close, ledger and reporting
- Manage day-to-day US accounting activities
- Close collaboration with Accounting teams of our offices abroad (Canada, Chile, Romania, Israel, UK, Netherlands, India)
- Experienced in GAAP and lead implementation of new accounting policies
- Point of contact with external auditors
- Enforces global internal controls by establishing, monitoring, and auditing compliance with policies and procedures. Monitors and confirms compliance by conducting internal audits
- Ensures all corporate income, business, and sales tax returns are properly prepared and filed on a timely basis
- Assist ERP team with new ERP implementation
- Being a business partner to US BPO operation team
- Establish forecast and Budget for US BPO product line (FP&A)
- Manage revenue recognition and review project profitability for US BPO product line, with monthly reporting
- Provide support to senior management with special inquires, analytical reviews, business and account analysis, ad-hoc projects
- Monitor IT expenses and provide variance analysis actual against budget at vendor/project level. Align with local controllers
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- MUST HAVE CPA CERTIFICATION
- Interest in joining a dynamic and growing organization

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Highly motivated, dynamic, proactive, and innovative
- Process improvements mindset
- Technology or Service business experience a plus
- Strong communication skills
Salary Range: $130k - $200k/year
