Overview:
As an Accounting Analyst, you will report to our Accounting Manager, Treasury & Statutory Reporting.
You will:
- Own month-end preparation of global bank reconciliations; assist on monthly close processes.
- Coordinate cash disbursements and intercompany funding throughout the consolidated LivePerson group.
- Assist in the preparation of international tax and statutory filings with external tax advisors.
- Collaborate with external and internal audit staff for international statutory and annual audits.
- Prepare and record monthly journal entries.
- Monitor daily cash position, review all cash movements between banks.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly free cash flow forecast and weekly cash position reporting.
- Aid in the adoption and maintenance of global treasury internal controls, consistent with the SOX control framework.
- Monitor compliance with the global AMEX program.
- Development of a well-documented system of accounting policies, procedures and internal controls around treasury management.
- Take on special projects, accounting duties and workflow process improvements.
- Participate in the implementation and optimization of several new systems and processes around bank automation.
You have:
- 1+ years previous accounting experience
- Big 4 or other public accounting experience
- Excel skills (formula design, pivot tables, charts)
- Experience with data collection, modeling, and what-if scenarios
- Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve results through a cross-discipline approach
- Willingness to engage with sales executives and sales management
- Familiarity with SAP General Ledger system, Concur, or Hyperion/HFM/FCC
- Excellent attitudes towards work and work product

The salary range for this role will be between $70,000 to $80,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including your location, and your experience, education, and certifications. During the phone screening, the recruiter will provide the location-specific salary range for this role.
