Who We Are: Founded in 2017, Envision Horizons is a turnkey solution for brands looking to make selling on Amazon less stressful. Our mission is to help brands of all sizes optimize their product pages, navigate common troubleshooting issues, and strategically utilize Amazon Advertising to successfully scale brands on Amazon. In addition to full service management, we have also built our own proprietary software, MyHorizons, a customizable reporting and diagnostic tool pulling data from Amazon Seller Central and the Amazon Ads console into one easy to navigate dashboard.
As a Creative Manager at our agency, you'll be at the forefront of our creative efforts. We're seeking an individual with a strong background in working for a creative agency, preferably with experience in collaborating with e-commerce brands. Your role will revolve around harnessing the power of short-form content to propel our clients' brands forward while maintaining the highest creative standards.
Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience managing influencer or creator campaigns for eCommerce Brands
• Agency experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience
• Experience with TikTok or short form video content creation
• Demonstrated ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Suite

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end Social Commerce strategies for premium/luxury brands for Amazon Live, TikTok & TikTok Shop.
• Manage relationships with brands, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Oversee ad strategy, affiliate relationships, and platform management, including MAP and unauthorized sellers.
• Build and nurture a community of creators, influencers and followers interested in beauty products.
• Provide expert execution, testing, and reporting on all Social Commerce activities.
• Provide ongoing optimization, reporting, and iterations of ads for best performance.
• This role ensures a holistic approach to Social Commerce, aligning all activities with the brand's goals and the unique value proposition of your service.
• The Account Manager will be key in building and maintaining strong relationships with brands, which is crucial for the partnership model of your business.
• Their expertise in managing platforms and relationships will help to optimize visibility, reviews, and affiliate relationships, driving sales and growth for the brand.
• Oversee customer service and fulfillment management for TikTok Shop.
