Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.Develop a strong understanding of ECI | M1 product and communicate the value to the customer base effectively.Keep customers informed of new product offerings.Have a strong working relationship with your customers to update/increase references within Salesforce, keep customers on Maintenance and Support contracts, and help minimize any issues they may have with M1.Build a sales pipeline with existing customers via outbound calling, email communications, and other direct marketing methods.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales quota goals in accordance with the strategic plan.Consistently log and record each-and-every outreach made, in Salesforce, producing regular activity reports.Meet daily, weekly, and monthly quality communication goals in accordance with the strategic plan.Remains low or off the Exceptions Dashboards by following-up on all outstanding activities within your territory.Produce quality calls with your customer by building relations and truly digging for sales opportunities.Produce quality demos with your customers, as well as in hot seat training.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSKnowledge of manufacturing software is helpful but not required.Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent, one to two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook email.Salesforce experience a plusDemonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.Sales Experience helpful but not requiredHighly self-motivatedAbility to work with little supervision.Excellent written and verbal communication.Works well with others.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:Perform some repetitive motion activities.Sit for long periods of time.Speak for long periods of time, as most interaction takes place via phone and online meetings.Perform software demonstrations (online) which may require 1 to 2 hours meetings without breaks.#LI-REMOTE Employment Type: FULL_TIME
