This candidate will be PAM Pharmacy Account Manager. This role works with a coalition client 40 operating engineers, under the 40-central region, They would have daily to weekly contact with the client via phone or webex. Research issues, that the client may bring to their attention and they would work with their counter parts on the account manager team they are assigned too. They to day to day contact with the client. Dedicated account team. Labor and Trust Client.Would love some who knows about labor and trust clients. Internals from within pharmacy any pharmacy background.
This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 3+ years of previous account management / servicing experience and proficient working knowledge of PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) and related products
- Experience with Microsoft Word (create and edit documents)
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (create and edit spreadsheets and sort, filter, and work with formulas / pivot tables)
- Ability to work an 8-hourshift (EST or CST)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
- Technical knowledge of the client administrative services (claims, eligibility and contracts)
- RX Claim knowledge
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Reside within Eastern OR Central Time zone
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
