Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the account liaison between Client and PureRED's Account, Creative, Production and Photography Departments
- Daily management of project requests and client communication
- Thoroughly review project intake requests, understand objective and ask clarifying questions to client prior to submitting to design team for execution
- Regular communication of expectations, information and timing to team members and client contacts
- Ensure the development of all project based deliverables going out to the client are on-brand assets for social and web
- Oversee and manage the workflow, make recommendations for streamlining and improving the current processes
- Monitors competitive activity and collects competitive samples to share with client and internal team
- Responsible for monthly billing
- Schedule freelancers for studio needs on an as needed basis
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Associates degree or equivalent business experience preferred
- 2-3 years' account management experience
- Goal-oriented team player with 'can-do' attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills
- Experience working in project management tools such as Basecamp and Asana
- Understanding of consumer insights within the retail market industry
- Constant attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy of developed content before submitting for client review
- Resourceful problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and understand client's business landscape
