Job Summary
As the Account Coordinator you will be help coordinate business-to-business programs in partnership with our Sales and Client Success team.This position will work closely with both the Sales Account Director and Client Success Leader and team to provide support across the entire customer journey.
This role will interact with new and existing clients in order to ensure adoption and success with the Positive Intelligence platform in their organizations. You will work closely with both sales and client success team members on client communication, reporting, and program management in an effort to grow and retain the business.
Responsibilities Include:
Sales support:
- Researching market, leads and opportunities
- Assisting with prospecting and business development tasks
- Qualifying and entering new leads in CRM
- Attending selected client discovery meetings to understand their needs
- Preparing and revising program proposals
- Processing new vendor onboarding related documents
Client Success / Program Management:
- Oversee program delivery
- Collect client information for program implementation and entering details into project management system
- Work with client to select coach for engagement (if required)
- Work with implementation team to enroll participants into program
- Serve as main point of contact with company representatives and administrators to ensure product adoption and positive experience with the PQ Program
- Support client and coaches through program delivery by holding regular meetings, providing information, reports and insights
- Work with data analyst to prepare reports and review statistics
- Ensure completion of all required client success steps, assessments and surveys
Account Growth:
- Partner with company representatives to develop plans to increase participation which may include special communications, content, and senior leader messaging
- Assist with account growth plan execution
- Manage portfolio of projects to ensure outstanding and pending client needs are met
- Coordinate ongoing participant enrollment in PQ program
- Communicate product, program, and technological updates to client
- Coordinate speaking engagements, participation in client webinars or other special events
- Communicate customer feedback to Marketing & Product Development teams
Qualified candidates are:
- Familiar with the Positive Intelligence program
- Experienced with business-to-business relationships
- Experienced in sales and/or client relationship management experience (2+ years)
- Able to lead and manage projects from inception to completion
- Excellent communicators
- Well organized
- Analytical and good problem-solvers
- Able to balance multiple duties utilizing a variety of cloud-based applications (ie. Google documents, project management application - Asana, CRM - Hubspot, etc.)
- Able to drive client loyalty and retention through excellence in client service and support
- Highly adaptable to a quickly changing environment
- Team-oriented to enable relationships in all functions in Positive Intelligence
