Job Description:
- The Environmental Control Systems (ECS) Engineering is an organization responsible for defining and integrating airplane systems for airplane cabin pressurization, air conditioning, ice and rain protection, fire protection, and avionics cooling.

- Commercial Airplanes Mechanical Systems Team is looking for a Mechanical System and Design Analysis Engineer to join our team in Puget Sound.
- This Individual will work within the Commercial Airplanes, Environmental Control Systems organization to develop, produce, deliver and support customers who fly airplanes.
- Enable high aircraft performance while operating in compliance with regulatory (FAA, EASA, etc.) requirements.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads the development and documentation of Environmental Control Systems (air conditioning, air distribution, cabin pressure control, equipment cooling, cargo fire protection, nitrogen generating system, ice/rain protection, etc.) design on large fixed wing aircraft.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- Bachelor, Master or Doctor of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
- 9+ years of ECS experience
