Purpose:This position is for an established and productive individual contributor in the Production sub-family, who works under moderate supervision.

2nd Shift Int. Mechanical Assembler
You are a part of
A fast paced and flexible team.

Within this role;you are responsible for:
- Install, assemble and inspect electronic components during product assembly, per documented work instructions.
- Interpreting Job Routers, written instructions, wiring diagrams and schematic drawings for assembly of electronics.
- Performing a variety of inspections to ensure assemblies meet/exceed IPC standards
- Performing pass downs with outgoing/incoming shifts.
- Using hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws.
- Operate Production equipment (UV Cure, Conformal Coat Spray, Manual De-panel, etc...).
- Disassembling, modifying, reworking, re-assembling assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
- Other duties as assigned.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Must have meticulous hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic discharge) procedures.
- Must be detail oriented and able to multitask.
- IPC-610 preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule in order to meet production and customer needs.
- High School Diploma or GED and 2 years related experience preferred.
