Position Title: 2G3G Radio Optimisation Engineer Position Type: Contract Start Date: September 2015 Location: South Africa Contact: Jo Li | +49 172 140 1051 Responsibilities: - RF performance optimization cell by cell for GSM or UMTS BSS System,including: OSS KPI analysis,Top N bad cell analysis. - Improvement of radio network performance by appropriate approach. - Network performance statistic data analysis, drive test data analysis, signal tracing data analysis and troubleshooting to improve network performance.

- Troubleshooting for Cluster DT. - Technical communication and clarification (e.g. RF parameter workshop) with customers and subcontractors.

- Technical support on RNO issues and communication with customers - Handling customer complaints in professional and efficient manners.
