This internship position is located in Indianapolis, ON-SITE. Below is a description of some of the projects an intern may expect during the course of their internship.
Compensation and Data Excellence (CDE) Projects (What you will learn):
- Enterprise-level Master Data Management
- Order-to-Cash Process Level
- Data Remediation
- SAP
- Data Management Tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide insights from the results of data remediation
- Perform day-to-day data management tasks
- Provide insights into data trends and metrics
- Work cross-functionally across the Roche Diagnostics Corporation business processes
Who are you (Qualifications):
- Targeting undergraduate interns majoring in Computer Science, Computer Technology, Business, and Liberal Arts.
- Agile mindset
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus but not required (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- A background in data analysis is a plus but is not required (Excel, SQL, Alteryx)
- Experience with project management software is a plus but not required (Smartsheets, MS Project, et.
- Desire GPA 3.0 or higher.
- Previous work experience preferred.
- Student organization and/or study abroad experiences are a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Program highlights:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university during the program calendar year 2023.
- Intensive full-time, 12-week paid internship.
- Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects.
- Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry.
- Final presentations of project work to senior leaders.
- Lead or participate in intern committees to design and coordinate program events and initiatives.
- Professional & personal development curriculum throughout the program, including networking opportunities, workshops, and panel discussions.
- Participate in volunteer projects, social events, and team-building activities.
- Paired with a 1:1 mentor through the Roche Young Professionals Business Resource Group.
- Access to on-site fitness and wellness center (subject to change).
- Program start dates in May and June 2023.
