The Special Education department and/or Creekside Elementary School may contact applicants directly for interviews. CREDENTIALS REQUIRED: A valid California Education Specialist Instruction Credential - Moderate/Severe or other valid California teaching credential authorizing teaching in a moderate/severe assignment.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: All required documents MUST be scanned and attached prior to submitting an application for this position. Incomplete applications will not be considered. 1. Applicants must have an English Language Learners (CLAD credential) in order to be considered for the position. 2. Copy of CBEST or equivalent required. 3. Copy of Transcript (Official transcripts are required upon hiring). 4. Current resume. 6. Letter of introduction, addressed to Charan Kirpalani, Director of Human Resources. 7. Three (3) letters of reference, signed/dated within the past 12 months. Applicants are encouraged to include at least one (1) letter of reference from a supervising or site administrator.
