Status: Non-Exempt Full-time, 34.88 hours weekly
Shift: 2:00pm-10:15pm
Schedule: 4-5 shifts/week including every Other weekend and Holiday Rotation required
Wage: $14.40 to $15.56/hr

Job Summary
The primary functions of this position is to provide your assigned residents with assistance in activities of daily living as needed according to their services plans. Some of the duties include assisting in preparation for activities/social programs and transporting as needed, interacting with residents while structuring their day and monitoring their need, maintain documentation on the residents, assist with medications (at times, as needed), treatments, meal service, and plan, implement, and evaluate bath individual and group activities.
As the RCA you are a primary and important person in our elders' lives. We encourage building relationships with all residents and families in your area allowing you to anticipate needs and requests. Additionally, you will work with your team to ensure all tasks and care are completed with the highest level of professionalism and care. A full job description will be provided up hire and request.
Required Qualifications
- Desire to work with the elderly and to provide excellent care!
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to work every other weekend
- Must Possess excellent communication skills
- Must possess knowledge of the appropriate skills for communicating with individuals of all ages, especially the geriatric population
- No experience is required for this role
