Job Description

If you're looking for a safe work environment at an established company, a place where your co-workers and management treat you well...then maybe it's time to join us at Valley and become part of The Valley Way!

We are looking for full-time replenishers to join our team on 1st shift. Operating a stand up forklift, this position is responsible for restocking the warehouse pick bays including dry, frozen, and cooler products. We expect our employees to show up on time, work hard, be respectful to co-workers, and work safely.

Why Conquer the Day with Valley:

  • Work Monday - Friday
  • Start at 6 am or 7am. Work 8 hrs.
  • Earn $18.40 per hour during the 4 week training period, then earn up to $20.00 per hour once you go on incentive-based pay. The more you replenish, the more you make.
  • Monthly Perfect Attendance Payout.
  • New Equipment.
  • Leadership team that cares.

What you'll be doing:

  • Restock the warehouse pick bays including dry, cooler and frozen products.
  • Clean bays, repair damaged product, and repair damaged rack labels, as needed.

This position might be a great fit if you:

  • Are able to operate a stand up forklift (or would like to learn how to operate a stand up forklift).
  • Are able to frequently walk, stand, and use hands and fingers.
  • Are able to work in a cold, (reaching -10 degrees F) physically demanding, warehouse environment.
  • Like working in a fast-paced environment.

Valley offers a full, competitive benefits package including: health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, vision insurance, 401K with company match and profit sharing, paid holidays, paid time off, paid training and uniforms, and an onsite fitness center.

At Valley, we want our employees and their family members to be well. We understand the impact mental health can have on our daily lives. To combat any mental health issues that our employees may be facing as well as other common personal and professional matters, Valley offers an Employee Assistance Program. This completely confidential program provides support for a variety of personal and professional matters. Some benefits of the EAP include six face-to-face sessions with a counselor at no cost as well as legal and financial resources, access to articles and resources, and online will preparation, just to name a few.
