Pay rate: $18.00/hr
Hours: 7:30am- 5:00pm, Mon- Fri
SUMMARY:
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately while maintaining operations security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor visitor log, issue visitor badges).
Maintains telecommunication system by answering, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information and troubleshooting when needed.
Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, re-stocking and other duties as assigned.
Uses intercom to page individuals as needed.
Maintain a constant focus on exceeding the customer's expectations the first time, every time.
Administratively support Idea Program, Ride Share & LiveWell and support site related activities
Maintain HR Files and other HR related processes.
Support Customer Service, and Supply Chain with Customer Surveys
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ability to communicate at all Levels.
Proficient with MS Office, Calendar function in MS outlook.
Ability to multitask, excellent originations and time management skills.
High level of customer service.
Knowledgeable to multi-line phone systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability working with a sense of urgency.
Must have a High School Diploma.
Ability to maintain confidentiality
