Description:
Working with assigned equipment in the functions related to basic manufacturing activities. Working in a clean room environment building multiple medical devices by following Manufacturing Process (MP) and following a lean manufacturing process to achieve daily builds.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday OT required
- 1st Shift - 5am to 1:30pm - $17hr
- 2nd Shift - 3:30 pm to 12:00am - $18hr
Job Responsibilities:
- Works with a variety of equipment including ovens, UV curing stations, soldering irons
- Defines and corrects problems as they arise.
- Identify cause of common process problems and provide alternative solutions for resolving them.
- Works independently to meet production objective.
- Develops new techniques and written procedures to enhance productivity.
- Provides technical leadership on the production floor.
- Build medical devices to meet the company goals
- Meet production manufacturing Safety; Quality and Services goals
- Follow GMP guidelines
- Reads work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed
- Ability to perform and demonstrate all Manufacturing procedures after training.
- Compliance to all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adherence to CER gowning and personnel hygiene requirements
- Packages finished assemblies or subassemblies
Pre-requisites/Job Experience:
- HS Diploma or equivalent or previous manufacturing assembly experience or hands-on technician work.
- Able to perform common assembly process.
- Able to handle and assemble small parts.
- Prior experience in a medical device industry preferred.
- General computer skills
Physical Requirements:
- Moderate lifting.
- Microscope usage.
- Good hand dexterity
