The Receiving putaway associate is responsible for putting away pallets in an efficient and accurately way. Recording transactions in the inventory system following the SOP. Responsible for driving power equipment following all safety requirements. This is a warehouse position requiring frequent physical labor, not an office position. Compensation & Schedule
$19.50 per hour, Monday - Friday 12:30 PM - 9 PM, Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Major Responsibilities
- Receive goods based on supplies packing list
- Use a scanner and the tablet to perform the job
- Put away bundles in the appropriate warehouse location
- Record inventory transactions in handheld scanners
- Work as a team to maintain minimum cases per hour productivity requirements and works with a sense of urgency
- Operate and inspect warehouse equipment to perform role (Stock Chaser, Pallet Jack, etc.)
- Resolve inventory discrepancies through research and physical counts
- Act professionally and remain focused while working
- Safely operate all warehouse equipment
- Follow directions of leadership
- Perform cleaning activities as required
- Maintain a safe and clean warehouse
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Have the physical strength and dexterity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to use electronic devices
- Detail oriented
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to operate warehouse machinery
- Ability to Stand and walk for 8+ hours per day
- Ability to bend, stoop, and twist repetitively
- Ability to work independently without close supervision
- Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers quickly and accurately
- Ability to read and understand labels written in English
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when required
Physical Demands
In performing the job of a Truck Unloader, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs. Moderate Hand-Eye coordination, near vision, far vision and hearing is required for the operation of warehouse machinery.
Working Environment
The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool. The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
