360° Painting seeks an experienced, Part-time, Sales Representative to perform sales appointments following our proven sales process, handle inbound lead flow, attend networking/marketing events, follow up on completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction, and complete performance reports to measure important KPI's. The ideal candidate will be an organized, out-going and detail-oriented individual who serves as the first point of contact with customers. We are looking for a hungry go-getter that wants a flexible schedule, unlimited earnings potential, and a huge heart to always go above and beyond for each and every customer. Expectation is 10-20 hours per week to start, position can grow into Full-time if desired.

Day in the Life:
• You'll spend a few days completing some basic training virtually (sales, company and paint basics) , and then 1-2 days of ride along with the owner to experience an estimate and the process. After that, you'll work with our call center to schedule inbound leads. You have complete control of your calendar. You have to pick up the kids each afternoon, great then start at 8am and finish at 2pm. You just need to have your calendar open for 5-10 estimates during the day/weekend each week. Whenever best works for you. You are responsible for pre-appointment calls, follow up calls and continuing to reach out to the client until a Yes or No is stated. There are several tools to help with follow up. This position will be 100% commission but there will be a few tasks that you can do for extra hourly pay. (eg. door hanging) Some leads will be provided but you are encouraged to network on your own and help fill the pipeline. Additional bonuses when certain milestones are achieved. This could grow into Full time or salaried opportunity. You'll keep rigorous notes in our CRM for client contacts and your activity. Compensation is planned monthly but open to discussion (including a draw).

Also includes working in cramped spaces, on ladders, and with power tools and perform manual labor in outside environment, exposed to heat, sun, high humidity, rain and other adverse weather conditions

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, communication, and organization skills
- Manage the sales flow for all in bound leads. Expect 5-10 estimates per week
- Must develop relationships with the customer base to ensure excellent customer reviews and ratings
- Track KPI's through weekly performance reports
- Help with new lead generation programs to constantly stay ahead of the competition (This will include door hangers, networking and marketing events and other lead generation ideas)
- Confirm scheduled estimates for leads as they are generated (scheduling is mostly handled by our back office)
- Complete sales appointments following our proven sales process (including handling contracts and paint color confirmations)
- Follow up with all work not signed for during initial estimate.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers when production manager/owner needs help or additional work estimates
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Attend monthly review meetings with owner and production manager as scheduled
- Communicate and report daily with management
- Will need to work independently, as well as with a team (You will be on your own most days.)
- Help develop system for happy customer follow up and additional future business.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Basic knowledge and experience of basic sales skills
- Painting/contracting experience a plus but not required.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in new environments and a fast-growing company.
- Basic computer and software skills (Comfortable with an iPad and google sheets. You'll be updating your own metrics in order to get paid.)
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and general public.
- Customer service-oriented outlook on business
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and report daily with fellow employees, and customers.
- Be a self-starter with the ability to organize multiple projects, manage rapidly shifting priorities and produce tangible, measurable results.
- Excited when presented with a challenge or problem.
- Basic business math and good written and verbal communication skills to coordinate activities with all levels of management.
- Must have valid drivers' license with good driving record and be insurable.
- Must pass Background check.
- High energy and the ability to handle rejection.
